Ready to jump into your membership? Check out this quick overview to get started on your journey!

Download the GymMaster App

• The GymMaster app will be needed to open the door to our facility during your tee times.

• Download the App

  • Apple Store

  • Google Play Store

• Click "Get My Login" and enter the email that you signed up with to set your password

• If you have any issues logging into the app please let us know

Book the Simulator Using the App

• Click "Book Simulator Time"

• Select the times you would like to book

  • You can select more than one time at once to book time that is back to back

• Click book now

• Confirm you booking

• Notes

  • Times that are not available to your membership package will not be shown

  • You have the option to add your name to the waitlist for a time. If the member with the current tee time cancels you will automatically booked into the time slot

  • Times that are fully booked will say "unavailable"

Cancel or View Your Tee Times Using the App

• On the Home Page, click the booking you would like to cancel

• Click cancel booking

• You will be sent a confirmation email

Accessing the Facility During Your Tee Time

• You will only be able to unlock the facility during your tee time.

  • You can open the door up to 5 minutes before your tee time and 5 minutes after your tee time

• When near the front of the facility open the GymMaster app on your smartphone

• Click 'Check In' at the top of the page

• If check-in is successful, the door will unlock

• If check-in is not successful, you should get a notification on your app letting you know why access was denied

• NEVER leave the facility without your smartphone, this is your key to the building!

Canceling Your SwingScape Membership

• If your contract minimum duration as been met, you can cancel your membership using the member portal or app

  • Click on "memberships" in the portal or app

  • Select your existing membership

  • Click "cancel"

• You must request to cancel your membership at least 30 days in advance

Create a TrackMan Account

• Logging into TrackMan will allow you to keep track of your rounds and statistics and save rounds that are in progress.

  • Using a TrackMan account is optional but is needed if you want to save your rounds, stats or play in leagues or tournaments.

• When you create your Trackman account, you should use the same email you used for your SwingScape account

• The simulator will have a QR code that you can scan to log into our simulator without needed to enter a password.
