Why we need this:

You will have access to our facility 24 hours a day, when staff is not present. Our policy is to keep a valid drivers license on file. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Why we need this:

We need a headshot to confirm that the person accessing the facility is the member. This is similar to a gym, however, we do not have a font desk or a receptionist so we will need you to submit your own headshot.
